SHIPPING & DELIVERY INFORMATION

Order Processing Time

Orders typically take 5 to 15 business days to process and ship. Orders placed after 10:00 AM (CET) will begin processing on the following business day. During public holidays, product launches, and other peak periods, processing and shipping times may be extended.

Please note: Shipping addresses and delivery methods cannot be changed after checkout.


Amending a Shipping Address

We are unable to modify shipping details (including address and method) once your order has been placed and confirmed.

Once your order has shipped, a tracking email will be sent to the email address you provided at checkout. After dispatch, it becomes the customer’s responsibility to monitor and manage delivery using the provided tracking information.


Domestic (Germany) & EU Shipping Options

  • Free standard shipping is available for orders over €180 within Germany and select EU countries.
  • Orders are shipped from our German distribution center, with delivery typically taking 4–7 business days once dispatched.
  • Shipping charges for orders under €180 are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and package weight.
  • We do not ship to P.O. Boxes.
  • Multiple orders cannot be combined into one shipment.

International Shipping Options

  • International shipping costs vary and are calculated at checkout based on your location and the estimated weight of your package.
  • All international orders are shipped via express air courier at no extra cost.
  • Processing time for international orders is 4–5 business days.
  • Once an order is placed, the shipping method cannot be altered.

Customs Fees, Import Taxes & Duties (Non-EU Orders)

All customs duties, VAT, and import taxes are included in the total at checkout for international orders outside the European Union. You will not incur any additional fees upon delivery.


Failed Deliveries / Returned or Abandoned Packages

  • If a delivery fails due to an incorrect shipping address or phone number, the package will be returned to None of Us Store at the customer’s expense.
  • If no one is available to receive the order, it may be held at a local courier pickup point (e.g. DHL, FedEx). Failure to collect it in time will result in it being returned to us at your expense.
  • If an international customer refuses delivery, the return shipping, along with any taxes and duties incurred, will be deducted from the refund amount.
  • Packages held at customs longer than 30 days will be considered abandoned, and no refund or exchange will be issued.

Damaged or Opened Packages

If your parcel arrives damaged or appears tampered with, please do the following:

  1. Take clear photos of the exterior damage before opening the package.
  2. File a claim with the courier service responsible for the shipment.
